Choose a convenient time in our calendar, register, and receive a secure video link via email or WhatsApp.

Is therapy truly confidential?

Yes. All sessions are fully encrypted and private. No one — including your family or employer — will know you’re using Otulika unless you choose to share.

What languages are available?

We offer sessions in English and Hindi, with more Indian languages coming soon.

What therapeutic methods do you use?

Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including CBT, humanistic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

How long does a session last?

A standard session is 50 minutes.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

I’ve never been to therapy before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are first-time therapy users. Your therapist will guide you through the entire process at your pace.
